1. All buffets include paper plates, paper napkins and plastic tumblers at no extra charge.

2. However all platters/baskets/trays etc are returnable - a charge will be made for missing items.

3. Unless credit terms have been agreed prior to delivery, payment will be by cash. If you would like to have a credit facility with Bloys click here for a credit application form.

4. All orders to be sent online, emailed to info@bloys.co.uk or faxed to Bloys. Telephone orders cannot be accepted. However calls should be made to confirm orders and also availability where less than 24 hours notice.

5. Minimum order for Table D'hôte menus is 6 people.

6. All buffet items are subject to availability and Bloys reserve the right to substitute items where necessary.

7. Bloys make every effort to deliver by the times requested but are subject to vagaries of London traffic and exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Whenever possible Bloys will advise customers of any delay.

8. Orders under £50.00 or outside a radius of 3 miles from London Bridge may be surcharged.

9. Bloys require advice of any parking or unloading difficulties.

10. Registered charities will receive 5% discount on all orders.
